Utopolis is now a city built completely on water, close to the shore. Porte St.Laurent and the Notre Dame Cathedral at one pole and the Black Tower with its darker buildings at the other. The central pieces are the Lighthouse on its latest base, the Retractable Billboard Aerial Hotel (see animation) and finally the Boat House.

Utopolis est maintenant une ville construite sur l'eau, près du rivage. Porte St.Laurent et La Cathédrale Notre Dame forment l'un des ilots de trois par trois blocs. La Tour Noire et ses buildings sombres composent l'ilot opposé. Les pièces centrales sont le Lighthouse sur sa nouvelle base, et Le Billboard Hotel avec sa façade rétractable (voir l'animation) et finalement le Boat House.
